Shipping policy

The order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, manufacturing, quality control, and packaging. All orders are generally sent to our manufacturer for shipping within 72 hours of order placement and payment receipt.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination.

USA and Canada

Secure standard shipping takes 2-4 weeks (if the item is in stock).

AUSTRALIA and New Zealand

Secure standard shipping takes 2-4 weeks (if the item is in stock).

UNITED KINGDOM and EUROPE

Secure standard shipping takes 2-4 weeks (if the item is in stock).

Other Countries

Secure standard shipping takes 2-4 weeks (if the item is in stock). Insured shipping takes 2-5 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).

Insured Shipping: If the item is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost, provided you provide sufficient proof.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your shipment is placed at the top of our order list each day, which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, the estimated time may be similar to or the same as standard shipping. Your item is also insured.

**Some products may ship separately and arrive at a different time due to having a warehouse in a different location.**

Tracking numbers usually take a few days to a week to update and show the correct tracking information. Please use an external website such as https://17track.net to track your order.

Please note that in some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

Depending on the volume of orders we receive, your shipment may take longer than usual. Don't worry, we are working hard to get everything out as quickly as possible. We understand that waiting longer than expected for your order can be frustrating, but the one thing we don't want to compromise on is the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

Requesting Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it at service@blackgoodspro.com, and we will gladly make the necessary adjustments. If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to change it. Please be sure to select the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
